# How to Write About WingmanPM

A short style note for press, partners, and anyone referencing the product. Following it keeps the brand consistent and our facts accurate. Questions: hello@wingman.pm.

---

## The name

- **WingmanPM** is one word, capital W and capital PM, in all formal references (first mention, headlines, captions, links).
- **Wingman** alone is acceptable in running prose after the first mention.
- The tagline is **"Any Product Manager's Wingman."**

**Never:**

- "Wingman PM" — with a space
- "WINGMANPM" / "WINGMAN" — all-caps
- "wingmanpm" / "wingman" — lowercase in a heading, title, or at the start of a sentence
- "WingMan PM," "Wingman.pm" (as the brand name), or "Wingman-PM"

Correct: *WingmanPM* on first reference; *Wingman* afterward.

## Approved descriptions

Use these as-is, or trim to fit. Don't pad them with adjectives.

**Under 10 words**
> An AI copilot for product managers.

**One sentence**
> WingmanPM is an AI copilot for product managers that turns customer feedback from every channel into scored, traceable themes and the decisions waiting on you.

**Short paragraph**
> WingmanPM is an AI copilot for product managers. It ingests customer feedback from across your channels — Intercom, Zendesk, Gmail, Slack, surveys, and spreadsheets — then auto-themes and scores it with transparent, verbatim-traceable reasoning. It surfaces the decisions waiting on you, drafts changelogs, and keeps a public roadmap in sync. WingmanPM is built by AgenticForge in Warsaw, Poland.

## Category terms

**Approved** (use these to place us in a category):

- AI product management
- Customer feedback intelligence
- AI copilot for product managers
- Product feedback analysis
- Feedback-to-roadmap workflow

**Avoid** (inaccurate, generic, or off-brand):

- "next-gen / cutting-edge / revolutionary" platform
- "all-in-one product suite" (we are a copilot, not a suite)
- "fully autonomous" or "replaces your PM" (it surfaces decisions for a human; it doesn't make them for you)
- "sentiment analysis tool" (too narrow — we theme, score, and trace, not just sentiment)
- "chatbot" / "AI assistant" (generic; use "AI copilot for product managers")
- "ticketing" or "helpdesk" software (we read from those tools; we are not one)

---

## What NOT to claim

Please don't attribute these to us — we haven't stated them publicly, and accuracy matters:

- **Customer counts, user numbers, or logos** — omit unless we confirm specifics in writing.
- **Funding, valuation, or revenue** — omit.
- **Launch dates, version numbers, or roadmap timing** — omit unless we provide them.
- **Specific accuracy/performance metrics** (e.g. "95% accurate") — we don't publish a figure; don't invent one.
- **Integrations beyond those listed** — the confirmed sources are Intercom, Zendesk, Gmail, Slack, surveys, and spreadsheets. Don't add others.
- **Autonomy claims** — WingmanPM keeps a human in the loop; it surfaces and drafts, it doesn't decide or ship on its own.

When in doubt, leave it out and ask: hello@wingman.pm.

## Names and spelling

- **WingmanPM** — the product.
- **AgenticForge** — the company that builds WingmanPM. One word, capital A, capital F. Not "Agentic Forge," not "Agenticforge."
- **Warsaw, Poland** — where AgenticForge is based.
- **wingman.pm** — the website (lowercase, as a URL).
- **hello@wingman.pm** — press and media contact.
