Wingman PM ingests feedback from the channels product teams actually use — Intercom, Zendesk, Slack, Gong, email, app-store reviews, CSVs — and uses AI to cluster thousands of items into defensible themes in minutes instead of weeks. Each insight links back to verbatim feedback, source tickets, and account owners, so recommendations are traceable and defensible. Wingman PM then scores themes with standard frameworks (RICE, WSJF, or custom models), updates the live roadmap, drafts PRDs with acceptance criteria and success metrics, and — after ship — measures whether the related feedback actually declined and whether retention or revenue moved.

The loop is: **raw signal → clustered theme → scored priority → live roadmap → drafted PRD → shipped feature → impact measured → reporter notified.**
